ROOM

Aqua is a model for the contemporary American restaurant design, effortlessly combining a relaxed yet elegant ambiance. Once entering through the soaring glass doors trimmed in white maple, the dramatic California landscape springs to life. A series of small frescos, by notable bay area artist Wade Hoefer, chronicle the sun’s movement over the Pacific from sunrise to sunset. The restaurant boasts several life-size bouquets strategically placed so that each is reflected in the two massive mirrors. At the rear of the dining area there is a large fresco depicting a rosy sun dipping past the horizon of a quite lake – a fitting conclusion to a perfect meal.

* Aqua does not have a private room; however, we can accommodate parties up to 45 guests in a semi private area.
* Our main dining room accommodates 140 guests.
* Aqua is also available for exclusive use for lunch or dinner.


MENUS

* For groups over 12 we strongly suggest our five course-tasting menu. It is a wonderful way to experience the chef’s creative menu and the dining experience at Aqua.
* Menu selection should be made at least seven days in advance, when possible, with the confirmed menu and number 72 hours prior to the event
* 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage plus 8.5% sales tax.


WINES AND SPIRITS

A full bar and Aqua’s extensive wine list are available for all private events. Our sommelier would be pleased to assist you in your wine selections. We highly suggest that you order your wines in advance to insure their availability. Wines brought to Aqua will be subject to a corkage fee of $30 per bottle with a maximum of 2 bottles of 1 liter each per table. All beverages are priced separately and not included in the menu cost. AMENITIES

* Valet parking is available after 5:30pm for a charge of $10.00
* Parking garages in the Embarcadero are available as well
* Aqua’s florist can provide flowers per your request
* Customized menus will be printed with our compliments


CANCELLATION FEE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

*We charge a cancellation fee of $25.00 per person if the party is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event.
*A guest count must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event and that number will be considered a guarantee.
* Payment in full is required at the end of the event. We accept cash, traveler’s checks and all major credit cards.
* We also kindly request for your party arrive on time.
