Chef Manrique partnered with Chef Gerald Hirigoyen,

produce this specialty from the Priorat region of Spain.

C&L Cabernet
Another collaboration between Chef Manrique and Emmanuel Kemiji brought forth the 2003 C&L Cabernet from the Caldwell Vineyard in Napa. The wine is fruit forward on the palate with notes of rich dark berried fruit, mocha, toffee and casis. It has a smooth rich texture with a long finish and balanced tanin.
