WINE BY THE CARAFE

Our own exclusive blend for Café de la Presse was made for us by Aqua Wine Director, Sean Crowley and our good friend Emmanuel Kemiji, M.S. who consults for the winery, Cellars Camp de Taragona in Spain. The white is made from Parelleda, a wine that is light, clean and crisp, much like Sauvignon Blanc. The red is made from 100 % estate Cabernet Sauvignon and has a plush texture with notes of dark berried fruit.
